Shipping

1. We ship to all countries around the world with EMS, that is Express Mail Service by Postal. The items will leave the studio within 1 business day after your full payment. The whole process would take 6-9 days. If you buy 2 bags or more, free shipping. If you are returning customer, please contact us for newest coupon code.
2. If you want to know your package's status please using the EMS tracking number we give you by email once your package is shipped.
3. We are not responsible for the delivery delays caused by the weather, the incorrect address etc. The shipping fee is based on your location and your package weight.

Returns

1. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your item, please return it for a refund or an exchange within 7 days from the day you received your item.
2. Please notify us if you want to make a return and also please tell us the details about the reason why you would make a return.
3. The returned item must be in new condition and original packaging. If it is not quality issue, you will need to pay the return shipping fee.
